Suicide Prevention, Intervention, Postvention: Step by Step was created by the Willamette Education Service District and Lines for Life. This resource is guided by the principle that suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention is everyone’s business and that our schools need an approachable, easy-to-use guide for creating a policy that reflects that.

School Suicide Prevention Plan Mini-Grants*
In partnership with Oregon Health Authority, Lines for Life is offering district-level grants of up to $1,500.
Approved grants can be applied to costs of staff and/or student training and curriculum, as well as other costs associated with implementation of school suicide prevention plans. Individual schools (i.e. private, charter, alternative) can apply for these grants and larger school districts may be considered for more than one mini-grant.
* School districts are required to submit a report no later than 6 months after funds are received. Submit your report here.
